3030 Aventura

3030 Aventura is a 7-story condominium building located in the heart of downtown Aventura. Completed in 2007, 3030 Aventura was developed by Jose Saal, Mark Rousso, and Lauris Boulanger of 3030 Associates and designed by Kobi Karp.
