Blue Condominium is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits renters to have no more than two (2) pets, with a combined maximum total weight of 40 pounds. There are no pet restrictions for owners. Prior to move-in, tenants who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $500 to the condo association.
Water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of three (3) times per year. No lease can be less than three (3) months.

Blue Condominium is a 35-story, all-glass condominium building located in Edgewater Miami. Completed in 2005, Blue Condominium was developed by Hyperion Development and designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica. Blue Condominium has 329 condo residences with one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses (see Blue Condominium floor plans).
